Welcome
COVID-19 UPDATE NOTICE:
Due to Covid-19, we have made some changes to our office procedures, and protocols. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and
you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control
processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe, and comfortable.
Our office follows infection
control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the
U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational
Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to ensure that you stay healthy during your visit.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We have made these changes to help protect our patients, and staff. For example:
· Upon arriving at our office, you will call from your vehicle to check in. You will remain in your vehicle until we are ready to seat you, at which time a staff member will call, or meet you at your vehicle.
·
A staff member will take your temperature, and ask some screening questions prior to entering our office. · We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to
use when you enter. You will also find some in the reception area, and other places throughout the office for you to use as needed.
· We have implemented additional medical grade air quality
precautions in our office. These include:
High-Efficiency
Particle Air Filters, which are medical-grade air filtration systems that we utilize in each operation room.
A Needlepoint
Bipolar Ion Generator that we have installed to our air-conditioning system.
Both of
these implementations are proven to kill all mold, bacteria, and viruses to ensure the air that we are breathing is clean and pure.
· In addition to our regular PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) protocol, we are now including gowns, N95 or KN95 masks and face shields for every procedure.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any
questions that you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you safe at our facilities. To make an appointment, please call our office at (386) 624-7658. If we have already contacted you in regards to
postponing a past appointment, we will be in touch with you shortly to
reschedule it.
